Mentoring and service culture passionate, Arantxa is Director of Business Transformation and CX in Arval Service Lease, a BNP Paribas Group Company. Since 2014 she has been devoted to transformation and strategic project management. With a technology background, she started her carreer in Accenture and as CIO. Currently she combines her responsibility with volunteering oriented to professional inmmersion for people in exclussion risk, mentoring and lecturing in Bussiness Schools.
