Very few organizations have managed to complete a true enterprise-wide Agile transformation. The way to do genuinely change is to break the old organisation mindsets and behaviour: break the structures, let go of old ideas about control, realign incentives, “kill your darlings”. This presentation will provide executives with clarity on what embracing each of these building blocks will entail, the pain that will go with them, and the radically different teams that they can build with these tools.
