Innovation has been present at Sanitas from the very beginning, but in the last five years, digital transformation has penetrated all of the company’s strategic processes. In his presentation, Iñaki Ereño, CEO of Sanitas, will explain how this process was experienced from within, the way in which every employee became involved and the disruptive paths being considered by the insurance company for the coming months. Sanitas currently has 30 strategic projects underway as part of the digital transformation plan for reaching its strategic targets by 2020: 25% of online consultations, 50% of digital clients and a NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 75.
