Sylvia Taudien is German, in 2003 she founded Advantage Consultores, an international HR Consultancy specialized on international Headhunting, Newplacement and Executive Coaching especially for German speaking companies or companies expanding on international level. In 2014 she founded the company Indigital Advantage, a Headhunting firm for digital profiles. Since 2014 she organizes the International HR Conference Barcelona, one of the most disruptive HR Conferences on a global level.
