Born on May 14, 1962, in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona. Together with Juli Soler, he placed elBulli restaurant at the pinnacle of world cuisine, receiving the award for best restaurant in the world 5 times. His dialogue with science, design, art and the business world gives him a holistic view of innovation. Currently, with elBullifoundation, he wants to share his experience with SMEs to improve efficiency in innovation.
