Carlos Blanco Vazquez (born in Barcelona, 1968) is an entrepreneur and private investor in the new technologies industry. He was awarded the X Premios PYME award, sponsored by Expansión and Ifema, as “Best Spanish Entrepreneur” in 2014; and AEBAN award as “Best Business Angel 2014”.
