She has a degree in Physical Sciences from the Complutense University. She began her career at Arthur Andersen where she specialized in analytical accounting and strategic projects for companies in the Telecomms sector. In 2006, she joined the Mortgages Projects and Channels team at ING Spain. In 2008, she began her relationship with Face to Face Channels and in 2012 she became the director of the area.
Since 2014, she leads the digitalization and customer experience strategy in ING Spain.
